RoundRoom.Co Advisors may register details of opportunities, advice and contacts their clients' need in the next 12months in order to execute their business growth strategies.

STEP 1: RECIEVE INTRODUCTIONS

Once details have been registered, RoundRoom.Co Advisors may receive highly relevant and targeted introductions to Clients, Experts and RoundRoom.Co Advisors who are able to fulfil a Client's requirements.

Introductions are received via email.

STEP 2: DECLINE INTRODUCTIONS OR EXPRESS INTREST

RoundRoom.Co Advisors may decline an introduction or submit an Expression of Interest.

If an Expression of Interest is submitted, the representing RoundRoom.Co Advisor may arrange a time to have a confidential discussion via phone, online meeting or in person.

STEP 3: CONFIDENTIAL DISCUSSIONS

Each representing RoundRoom.Co Advisor may at their own discretion (and in accordance with their Client's instructions) determine if the Clients Should meet and progress negotiations.

STEP 4: NEGOTIATE DEAL

If negotiations progress, the representing RoundRoom.Co Advisors continue to advise their clients as they normally would for any such transaction.
